IWAS မှာ စက်တင်ဘာလ ၆ ရက်နေ့က ကျင်းပခဲ့တဲ့ ကမ္ဘာ့စာတတ်မြောက်ရေးနေ့ အစီအစဉ်လေး အောင်မြင်စွာ ပြီးဆုံးသွားပါပြီ။ 
ဒီနှစ် ကမ္ဘာ့စာတတ်မြောက်ရေးနေ့ရဲ့ အဓိက ဆောင်ပုဒ်က “promoting multilingual education: literacy for mutual understanding and peace” ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ငြိမ်းချမ်းပြီး အပြန်အလှန် နားလည်မှုရှိတဲ့ ကမ္ဘာကြီး တည်ဆောက်ဖို့ ဘာသာစကားမျိုးစုံ သင်ကြားမှုဟာ အရေးပါတဲ့ အခန်းကဏ္ဍကနေ ပါဝင်နေပါတယ်။ 
ကျောင်းသား/သူလေးတွေ၊ ဆရာ/ဆရာမတွေနဲ့ ဝန်ထမ်းတွေ အားလုံးက ကိုယ်နှစ်သက်တဲ့ စာအုပ်ထဲက ဇာတ်ကောင်တွေလို ဝတ်စားဆင်ယင်လာကြပြီး စာဖတ်ဝါသနာကို အတူတကွ မျှဝေခဲ့ကြပါတယ်။ 
ဒီအစီအစဉ်လေးက စာဖတ်ခြင်းရဲ့ အရေးပါမှုကို ပိုမိုသိရှိလာစေဖို့၊ စာအုပ်တွေကို ချစ်မြတ်နိုးတတ်လာစေဖို့နဲ့ ဘာသာစကားမျိုးစုံ သင်ယူခြင်းရဲ့ အကျိုးကျေးဇူးတွေကို နားလည်လာစေဖို့ ရည်ရွယ်ပါတယ်။ 
IWAS မှာ စာဖတ်ဝါသနာ ပျိုးထောင်ပေးဖို့ အမြဲကြိုးစားနေပါတယ်။
စာဖတ်ခြင်းရဲ့ အနှစ်သာရကို သဘောပေါက်နားလည်ပြီး ပါဝင်ခဲ့ကြတဲ့ အာလုံးကို ကျေးဇူးအများကြီးတင်ရပါတယ်။

On September 6th, IWAS marked World Literacy Day with great enthusiasm!
This year’s theme, “Promoting Multilingual Education: Literacy for Mutual Understanding and Peace,” underscores the importance of multilingual education in fostering a harmonious and understanding world.
Our students, teachers, and staff embraced the theme by dressing as their favorite book characters and sharing their love for reading.
The event aimed to spotlight the significance of reading, nurture a passion for books, and emphasize the benefits of multilingual education.
IWAS remains dedicated to encouraging a lifelong love for reading.
