Today, our students and staff had the wonderful opportunity to learn about the importance of dental health through an engaging visit from KM Dental Clinic.
The team conducted an informative presentation on oral hygiene, including the correct way to brush our teeth and the importance of maintaining healthy dental habits. Following the session, students and staff participated in individual dental wellness assessments and received a toothbrush and toothpaste to take home so they can continue practicing what they learned.
This experience connects beautifully to the IB PYP theme Who We Are, as students explored how making responsible choices can support their health and well-being. It also encouraged the development of important Approaches to Learning skills, including self-management, while fostering the IB Learner Profile attribute of being Balanced by understanding the importance of caring for both our bodies and minds.
A special thank you to the incredible team from KM Dental Clinic, including 7 doctors and 7 dental hygienists, for dedicating their time, expertise, and care to our school community. Your support helped make learning both meaningful and practical for our students.

KM သွားဆေးအဖွဲ့မှ ကလေးတွေကို မှန်ကန်တဲ့သွားတိုက်နည်းတွေ သင်ပြပေးပြီး၊ သွားနှင့်ခံတွင်းသန့်ရှင်းရေးနဲ့ပတ်သက်တဲ့ ဗဟုသုတရဖွယ် အသေးစိတ်ကို ရှင်းပြခဲ့ကြပါတယ်။ ထို့နောက် ကျောင်းသား/သူ တစ်ဦးချင်းစီတိုင်း သွားနှင့်ခံတွင်း ကျန်းမာရေးစစ်ဆေးမှုခံယူခဲ့ကြပြီး၊ KM ဆေးခန်းမှ သွားတိုက်တံနဲ့ သွားတိုက်ဆေးများကို လက်ဆောင်အဖြစ် ကလေးများအား ပေးခဲ့ပါတယ်။
ဒီအစီအစဉ်လေးက IB PYP ရဲ့ “Who We Are” သင်ခန်းစာနဲ့ ချိတ်ဆက်နေပြီး၊ ကလေးတွေ ကိုယ့်ကိုယ်ကိုယ် သေချာဂရုစိုက်တတ်ဖို့ (Self-management) နဲ့ ကိုယ်ရောစိတ်ပါ ဟန်ချက်ညီညီ နေထိုင်တတ်ဖို့ (Balanced) တွေကိုပါ အများကြီး အထောက်အကူဖြစ်စေပါတယ်။
IWAS ကျောင်းသား/သူတွေအတွက် အချိန်ပေးပြီး ရင်းနှီးနွေးထွေးစွာ စောင့်ရှောက်သင်ကြားပေးခဲ့ကြတဲ့ KM သွားဆေးခန်းက ဆရာဝန် (၇) ဦးနဲ့ သွားနှင့်ခံတွင်း ကျွမ်းကျင်ပညာရှင် (၇) ဦးတို့ကို အထူး ကျေးဇူးတင်ရှိပါတယ်။
ယခုကဲ့သို့ ပံ့ပိုးကူညီမှုက ကျွန်တော်တို့ ကျောင်းသား/သူများအတွက် သင်ယူမှုကို ပိုပြီး အဓိပ္ပာယ်ရှိစေသလို လက်တွေ့ကျ အသုံးဝင်စေဖို့အတွက်လည်း များစွာအထောက်အကူဖြစ်စေပါတယ်။
