Little Chefs, Big Achievements!
Yesterday, our Grade 1 and 2 students had their very first Little Chefs after-school cooking club and it was a huge success!



Their challenge? To make a high-protein salad using real kitchen skills such as chopping cucumbers, cutting carrots, and shredding boiled eggs. Watching the children focus as they learned to hold a knife safely and peel their own eggs was amazing. The pride on their faces when they packed their finished meals to take home was priceless.
This hands-on experience goes far beyond cooking. In the IB PYP, learning is about developing independence, confidence, and real-life skills. Clubs like this nurture fine motor skills, collaboration, and curiosity hence helping our young learners grow into capable, reflective, and caring individuals.
