Inquiry & Tour

Along with making an inquiry by phone, you may also come into the school to meet with our admission team directly. We encourage all parents to take a tour of the campus. During this tour you will have the opportunity to meet with our principal, and members of our academic faculty. You can book a tour on the school on the website or call in to schedule a time that is convenient for you

Application

To apply for enrollment at IWAS, you will need to complete the application form. You may choose to complete the online version, print the pdf version and return it to our
admissions team or come to the campus to fill out the application in person. Please complete the application form in as much detail as possible. It is important that all academic and medical history is included in the form.

Assessment

Students will take the English language assessment to verify their ability to be successful in the grade level they are applying. Upon acceptance of your application, one of our admission staff will contact you to schedule a time to take the assessment. All our assessments are grade-level appropriate and are designed to help discover your child’s strengths and ability to access our curriculum. The information from the assessment enables us to best support your child and gives information to teachers prior to your child starting in school. All information gathered from these assessments are confidential and will only be shared with academic faulty.

Enrollment

Upon approval to enroll at IWAS, you will receive an acceptance letter sent by a method that you selected. (Email, Viber, etc.) Along with the offer letter, you will receive a medical history form and instructions on how to access our Student – Parent Handbook. Please read the handbook carefully and return the acknowledgment form inside.

Financial

Parents will need to contact the admission team and decide on a payment plan and order uniforms and textbooks. Students are not guaranteed a seat in a classroom until this step has been initiated. It is important to contact our admissions team in a timely manner after receiving your child’s acceptance letter to guarantee them a place.
